With no rest for the wicked we now need to strip the car and make some improvements in readiness for season 2012. This will include some engine development, suspension change and a new coat of paint. Great season of racing but we really require some more car speed to compete with Ben in his beautiful new Sabre 02, but we believe we are up to the challenge.

Thanks to all who have followed our progress this season. Also appreciated are the officials and volunteers who without them we could not enjoy our chosen sport. You guy’s and girl’s make it all happen cheers.

Have a merry Christmas and a very happy and safe New Year. Please join us in 2012 as we try and back up this year’s efforts.

23rd August 2011

Mallala Round 3 S.A. State Championships Aug 21 – 22.

Another round of the championship has been run and won. After some development work and a dyno run we were ready to test our setup and see if we have had a gain? During testing 2 weeks ago we were evaluating some new components and were pleased with the results that was showing when during the 3rd session out on track, our gauge showed a lack of oil pressure briefly. As soon as Daniel clutched the engine he was to observe a return to full pressure whilst he very slowly returned to the pits. Very disconcerting 2 weeks out from the round. Workshop time revealed no obvious issue and all fluid were changed as a precaution.

We went to the round with new tyres and we failed to get any real advantage as we had difficulty getting through the wax on the rubber and it was not until race 2 when the tyres started to feel good. ”My qualifying was an ordinary performance and the track did little to offer the new rubber any real grip” said Daniel. He went on to say he was still relieved to be in 3rd position at completion. Ben Forgan was again the man to beat and he was substantially quicker.

Race 1 was to see our Calibre One jacer finish in 2nd place some 5 sec behind Forgan as we had to race for the position with Surman. We had at least closed up the time difference somewhat to Forgan but the tyres were not graining up well yet. “Aspects of the Jacer were really good, and we appeared to have improved certain areas where we had concerns after round 2” explained the crew chief Kevin.

Race 2 saw a poor start off the line as the car coughed sending us rearward about 3 spots and we had to battle extremely hard to get up into 2nd place before race end. Still we were pleased the tyres seemed to be finding some grip as the track slowly came to us as we dipped into the 21’s with Forgan and were the only two cars to do so.

Race 3 on Sunday was a mixed race for us as our start once again was not brilliant and forced us to battle with Surman, Mutch, and Rebbeck for a few laps until getting clear of them as it was getting a bit messy. We went on to claim 2nd spot again and were some 11 seconds clear of 3rd place at race end. Forgan again dominated and won comfortably.

The final race saw a brilliant start from Daniel as he reached turn one in the lead. It was Forgan who for a change had to contend with traffic. By mid race he had caught up to our Jacer and then we swapped positions a few times over the next lap or so. The track was very slippery in several places due to oil from Pavan’s car dropping everywhere for a lap or so. “It was slippery and I knew I had to stick with Ben and keep the pressure on” said Daniel. Forgan passed on lap 5 and had the lead for 6 then 7 & 8 saw it change twice as they tried to make a break. On lap 8 whilst right behind the Sabre, Ben succumbed to the oil and spun himself around and Daniel managed to avoid him and move on to take over the lead until the flag. This time we were able to compete with Forgan and place him in unfamiliar territory of having to work for the position and not drive away with the race.

Congratulations to Ben for the round win by 1 point. “We have come away from this round with our Championship lead intact” said Daniel. The team has worked really hard at this, and the result was a better showing. We still have a way to go yet and we feel we are making real progress and also getting a little closer to the Sabre 02 of Forgans. Certainly he will have to earn it in round 4 as we have battled hard in the pack all year. The Sabre 02 and the Calibre One jacer were clearly the two standouts in the field for round 3.

We now look forward to round 4 in November.

6th July 2011

After Round 2 of the S.A. State Championship the Caznet Solutions / Calibre One Jacer is still leading the race for the title, but with a reduced margin from Ben Forgan in his new Sabre. "Our on track performance was ok but not where we think it should be" said Daniel. "We were not the fastest car all weekend but by being consistent we made the most of our opportunities. We know we need to lower our lap times and we believe we know some of the cause, so we have some new parts for evaluation on the car for the next round" explained Daniel.

It was good to see Damon and Shane from Caznet Solutions spend the Saturday in the pits with us along with Luke and Ashton Raethel. We really had to work hard for our results and we certainly provided some close racing with many position changes durng the races, but we were never to finish higher than second place battling with Rob Surman, Nick Pavan and Adam Brixton for most of the weekend. Ben did a sterling job out in front and simply drove away with no trouble form the rest of the field. Well done to him for the round win.

Current Top 5 places in the FVEE 1600cc Championship

Daniel Westcott JacerF2K5 222 points
Ben Forgan Sabre 02 205 points
Rob Surman Stinger 145 points
Nick Pavan Sabre 140 points
Scott Blake Jacer F2K6 126 points

This round also seen Daniel make the category debut for Circuit Excel S.A. where our Hyundai Excel that was built in the Lewiston Racetek workshop performed really well, and a field of 8 new cars put on a good display of what the class is all about. Low budget affordable motorsport. Lewiston Racetek Engineering was involved in some form either enginnering or mechanical on the development of 4 ot the 8 cars in the field. If anyone has any interest in this new category or would like to get some information please visit www.circuitexcelsa.com.au there is plenty of info and contact details provided on their website.

We now look forward to some test activity at Mallala and performance evaluation with development parts and will probably also invest in some dyno time. If all goes to plan we hope to produce a better showing in our Jacer for the next round.

19th February 2011

Well Round 1 of the S.A. State Championship has been run and won. After a dreadful day weather wise on the Friday we were pleased with our decision not to attend practice in the wet. After a couple of nights in the workshop to correct the drive issue we had from the prior Saturday, the decision was made to go straight to qualifying on Saturday morning. On a cool dry track Daniel went out to lay down some times and hopefully qualify well but after only 6 laps the car was in the infield. Fortunately was a fuel issue and Daniel had completed enough laps to be a starter from Position 8. After starting in Position 8, Daniel drove both aggressively and smoothly to move through the field to battle with Surman on the last lap and nearly took 2nd place, but had to settle for 3rd whilst setting the fastest lap. "The car was really hooked up well" says Daniel. He went on to say that "the new motor whilst being tight, was really balanced through the revs and had good torque. The car's handling was the best I have had it straight out of the trailer, and the improvements made over the break seem to be effective at this early stage".

Race 2 saw our Jacer battle for position with Surman, Nethercote (Vic) and Pavan. There were several changes to position but the lead of Forgan could not be bridged and Surman held on to 2nd and Daniel back in 3rd place as they had to finish under the safety car.

Race 3 we started off in Position 2 with Surman on pole, as Forgan had been penalised for an infringement in Race 2 and sent to the rear. Right from the outset Daniel chased Surman after he lead into turn 1 and a battle was on for the race with Daniel having extreme difficulty when ever he got close to the Surman car which kept Nethercote and Pavan in the chase also. There was some position changes and Daniel made a break form the two behind and set about trying to effect a pass on Surman for the lead. "There was a lot of oil coming out of his car and was covering my tyres and helmet making visibility difficult. The Jacer was very slippery to drive" explained Daniel. On 2nd to last lap Surman had to retire with his oil light on and the CalibreOne Jacer went on to claim the race win. "It was difficult behind Rob (Surman) but I would have liked to race him to the finish, rather than see last years Champion retire to the infield" said Daniel. Congratulations also to Andy Nethercote and Nick Pavan, we had some good racing. In the pits the Jacer and helmet looked very sad completely covered in oil, it was incredible to see how Daniel managed to not run off the track. It must have been an extremely difficult drive.

On a sad note it was unfortunate to see some of the new Sabres have to retire in Race 2 after a serious accident which saw four cars not finish. Some with severe damage. So with effectively a 3rd, 2nd & a win this gave Daniel the round win and the lead in the Championship at this early stage. Roll on now to Round 2, follow our progress as the season unfolds.

13th February 2011

The Engman Engineering Team competed at the A7CC modern regularity event at Mallala Motorsport Park today. Our 3 Hyundai Excels performed beautifully all day with consistent times being churned out throughout the event. A great result for Asher Johnston who finished in 1st place overall with some spirited consistent driving. Mark Foster also delivered a fantastic effort in the new green 3 door and finished 5th overall. His car control was a sight to see with what was essentially a completely standard suspension set up. Kevin was also pleased with his first effort in this type of event and placed a respectable 17th on road tyres out of 33 entries.

"This was one of the most enjoyable events for quite some time as the day ran smoothly and with a minimum of fuss, our congratulations to the organisers and all involved including the other competitors." said Kevin. The performance of the Federal RSR tyres used by Asher and Mark was a real surprise and times were almost as good as when we used the semi slicks during practice in January.

During practice with the Jacer on Saturday the engine was run in and when trying to put down a couple of fast laps we unfortunately experienced a driveline issue which put an end to the day early. "Whilst not a major repair to be done, we were relieved it happened now, rather than next week when it really counts" explained Daniel. So a night or two during the week and we hope to have the Jacer ready for Round 1 of the S.A. State Championships on the 19th of February.

3rd February 2011

DJW Motorsport in conjunction with ENGMAN Engineering and Lewiston Racetek Engineering are pleased to announce that the Excel Rally 3 door project car modified for enduro/regularity competition is ready for it's debut at Mallala Motorsport Park on the 13th February 2011 in the A7CC / ASK meeting. The team will be entering 3 Excel cars, 2 x 3 door X3's and a 5 door. Team drivers will be Asher Johnston, Mark Foster & Kevin Westcott. "It has been a really enjoyable build in our workshop, and the initial tests show these affordable entry level circuit cars to be surprising in both performance and cost" explains Kevin.

"With the huge popularity of the marque on our roads there is an abundance of cars, spare parts & after market enhancements and the affordability is an absolute bonus. With no permissible engine modifications to control cost and some suspension tuning this package allows the driver to shine, the vehicle has enormous potential to attract newcomers from both Karting and the more mature driver alike as you can compete on an L2S licence" Kevin confirmed.

Please follow our teams progress, and come out and have a look if time permits. We will be only too happy to discuss the virtues of this tuff little car.

Other news is we have fitted the engine back in our Calibre One Jacer and are preparing the car for practice on Saturday 12th Feb to run in the motor.

24th January 2011

Hyundai Excel test day at Mallala Motorsport Park

We enjoyed quite warm conditions for the team to test our 3 Hyundai Excels. The Engman Engineering team drivers for the day were Asher Johnston, Daniel Westcott and Kevin Westcott. Two cars were to run on Silverstone semi slicks and one car utilized road tyres. Both 13 inch and 14 inch combinations were trialed.

We were very pleased with the times the vehicles achieved, and all three cars got through the day with no issues. The data gained was very promising for the first real sessions run to a plan. “The cars handling and performance were amazing, and more than I had expected from this unassuming car with minimal mods to suspension and on semi slick tyres” said Daniel. This is potentially a very affordable entry level form of circuit motorsport with minimal modifications allowed and the engine to be stock as manufactured.

The Engman Engineering team will now begin to focus on getting ready for our Enduro events by running in a few regularity events between February and the end of April when the Mallala Enduro is scheduled. Watch this space for more news.

Our Jacer engine is also now ready to go back into our car in readiness for Round 1 of the S.A. State Championship on the 19th February which will be a twilight meeting. Hope to see you there.

16th January 2011

Well, welcome all to 2011 and we hope everyone had a happy Christmas and safe New Year. DJWmotorsport after a relatively ordinary first half of the season in 2010 managed to make real inroads into the lack lustre performance over the second half of the season and finished 3rd in the Cams S.A. State Championship & 3rd in the SCCSA Motor Racing Championships. Considering we were languishing in 8th spot after round two we were pleased to be able to reverse our form.

Thanks to all our valued partners who without their assistance the year would have been a real struggle. We would also like to welcome Blade Window Tinting onboard the team, and please support Ken if you require any tinting to your home, office, car, machinery or truck. Contact Ken Hoogland 0407 797 029. He has a mobile service and can come to you.

We have the engine out of the Jacer for a rebuild in readiness for the 2011 season and hope to get it back in the car in the next couple of weeks. Lewiston Racetek Engineering have completed building a Hyundai Excel X3 3 door for 6hr enduros in 2011 with the crew chief sharing the driving duties in this car. We are excited about this low cost entry level form of racing, and look forward to some fun times as we are in a team of 3 cars and six drivers. This is a joint effort with Engman Engineering.

So watch this space for news as we kick off 2011 season with two cars running on the track.

17th October 2010

Time has been marching by and we have been busy in the workshop as the Formula Vee Nationals approach at our home track of Mallala on the 30th and 31st of October, After a strong comeback in Round 3 of the State Series, Daniel is now in 5th place on 238 points which is a strong recovery from a lowly 8th position after the first two rounds. He is only 8 points from 3rd position in the championship and the car is stronger now. So with an expected full grid for Round 4 it is all on the line. We are confident of a good showing and just putting the finishing touches to the car, and all should be in readiness for the event. Please follow our progress over the weekend even if you cannot be at the track by logging on to Natsoft and see the timesheets and placings. Go to http://www.natsoft.biz/results/

In other news, we have begun work on a project that is a “tin top” just for something different. We are well into the build and keep an eye out on here for more news and some pics soon. Word has it that the crew chief may even venture behind the wheel.

Stay tuned as we also expect to be competing at Mt Panorama, Bathurst in February 2011.

5th August 2010

Sandown, Victoria, July 24th / 25th

The team enjoyed a good road trip over to Melbourne, with expectations of improvements to the car to be positive. Alas upon arrival to Melbourne we encountered rain.

Arrived for practice to find wet conditions, and Daniel having never seen the track let alone drive it, and to compound the situation we have not had our Jacer out in the rain before either. Too bad as it is the same conditions for all.

Pretty ordinary first two practices as Daniel became accustomed to the track and the conditions. With in a few minutes of the second part of the second practice session start, Daniel made a driver error that sent him off the track at the end on the main straight, leaving the car with a damaged rim and bent axle. Missed third practice whilst fixing the car and had a good last session.

Wet conditions on Saturday saw Daniel not qualify too well and we were in position 35. Despite the position the car actually was feeling really good. We were disappointed, but were happy with the engine work and suspension changes. Race 1 saw Daniel move forward to finish 30th. He had also made gains in lap times and was happy with the car.

With better weather on Sunday we were looking forward to better times and making up some ground. Race 2 saw our Jacer more settled and with Daniel a lot more comfortable on the track, put his head down and finished 24th. Pleased with the engine feeling stronger and our suspension working well the drying conditions aided confidence.

Race 3 was dry and we tweaked the setup some more, Daniel moved up the field again until some contact in the rear of the car unsettled the driver and saw us lose a few spots, but with determination we eventually moved forward again to finish 22nd.

Race 4 was 6 laps in the dry. Starting out of 22nd we were hoping to break into the top 20, but a poor start made life very difficult and Daniel was 27th after Lap 1. Contact again from the same car in the rear of our Jacer sent Daniel off the track and glancing the Armco railing. Daniel was 32nd when he found his way back onto bitumen again. With a frustrated driver and possibly some red mist he again put his head down and Lap 3 was in 30th. Lap 4 saw another place forward to 29th. Still pushing on we saw 28th with last lap to go. Daniel said “I really needed to concentrate and make the most of the last lap, as I had some speed and the car felt pretty good”. An excellent last lap saw Daniel push on to finish in 25th.

“Not where we were hoping to run, but we do not have the pace of the front teams and thought a top 15 a realistic position to aim for” Daniel commented. We showed glimpses of attaining our goal but in motorsport you have meetings like that, where despite best efforts some luck just deserts you. Congratulations to Daniel Reinhardt, James Simpson and Andrew McFarland on your well deserved podium positions.

The bonuses for our team, was to be awarded Best Presented Car for this round and Daniel received a trophy donated by Creative Machining and a racing jacket. Our thanks also to Vivid Vinyls and Luke Raethel Crash Repairs for giving us a good looking race car. This is for your efforts as well.

“We have definitely made gains with both the engine output and our knowledge of our suspension. Pity these results do not reflect that. We look forward to the next round at Mallala S.A. where we have data to compare to” noted Daniel.

3rd May 2010

Well you have to some times wonder where you went wrong? The 2nd round of the S.A. State Championships was not really a memorable one for the team. After only completing 6 laps in practice on Friday we had to retire with a gearbox that had locked up! Thinking our chances for any points may have been dashed we returned to the workshop to see if we could get back for qualifying on Saturday morning. After a late night we were back at Mallala and ready for qualifying in the morning. After a really ordinary qualifying session we were almost at the back of the pack in 22nd. “I was extremely disappointed after the effort we put in last night to not be a little more competitive” said Daniel. We decided not to waste our new tyres, as we had not scuffed them in on Friday as we planned so we continued through the meeting on our practice tyres. At least we were salvaging some points by competing.

We learnt a huge amount about set up on the car to get the best out of the package as it was. By continually tweaking the chassis we managed to go quicker each session, but never any further forward than 15th. Definitely character building and overall it was a steep learning curve where we learnt a lot about our suspension and tuning of the car. Says Daniel “We were obviously disappointed with our placing, but in the scheme of things we were please to have fixed the cause of our gearbox failures and have a trouble free mechanical weekend again”. Looking ahead we will be venturing to Sandown in Victoria we hope in June to gain some data for the Clemenger International Freight 2010 National Series to be held there in July. Congratulations to Ben Porter, Daniel Reynolds & Michael Kinsella for being on the podium for the S.A. round of the series and to all competitors for putting on a great weekends racing, and showcasing what exciting close racing Formula Vee can deliver. Well done to all.

27th April 2010

The team has been working hard to make sure we are ready for round 2 of the S.A. State Championships which also includes the Clemenger International Freight 2010 Formula Vee Australian Series Rnd 1. Racing is this weekend at Mallala Motorsport Park on Saturday and Sunday. We are attending practice on Friday 30th April. Please come and support our efforts this weekend if you are in the area. Results will be posted next week so stay tuned.

22nd March 2010

After a mixed round 1 of the S.A. State Championships we have been busy in the workshop.

After qualifying in 4th spot and finishing 5th in race 1 we were less than satisfied with the effort. A few adjustments to the car and we were out for race 2. This went to plan and Daniel managed a faultless drive to finish in 1st place and set the fastest lap in the race. This was the first win for the Calibre One Jacer. There was some great close racing with several lead changes. Daniel stole the lead with an outside pass on Rhett Payne into the 2nd last turn and held him out to go on and take the win.

From hero to zero in race 3 starting off pole Daniel was to only make it around the first 2 corners before the entire field drove by and he headed for the infield. "I lost all drive on the exit from turn 2 and found I had no gears" reported Daniel on his return to the pits. "This is my first mechanical DNF in 3 seasons and I was devastated" explains Daniel. He thought he had destroyed the gear box.

Back in the workshop and the trouble has been found. It was a minor failure of a spacer that keeps the side gear engaged with the spider gears. No debris had made it's way into the box so with all seals still intact in the box, it was a straight forward repair and refit. All is back into the car now, so a bit of a polish and we are ready to have another go. With some further developments in progress perhaps a trip to the dyno may be required. Over all a mixed round with some high's and of course ending on a low but the Jacer is making progress as we come to terms with it's characteristics.

Please tune in to Channel 31 in S.A. a new motorsport program is being launched and Daniel was interviewed for the show at Mallala that weekend. The show is called "Heaps Fast" and is due to air near the end of March 2010. See website puremotorsport.tv.

6th February 2010

First test day for 2010 and we had fine and sunny weather. We arrived at the track early to get set up. Some time in the workshop now behind us we were to see what the results of our endeavours were. Daniel explains "I was really keen to get out onto the track and put some laps down, the break from November till now has been too long". We have worked at some refinements to the car mechanically and went over the whole chassis assembly checking every nut and bolt, as well as some shielding and cosmetic touches to keep our program on track. "I needed some time behind the wheel and get to feel the response of the car, and driving smooth and fast again" says Daniel.

We were pleased with the car and our fuel gremlins appear to be now behind us. Whilst our work on the suspension has allowed us to understand the effects adjustments have on performance, it was the greenness of the track (from little use over the break) and practice tyres that were not optimum we believe that caused slower than expected times on the day. Says Daniel "we still made adjustments to set up and feel we made progress throughout the day as we set the quickest time in our last session. With a good day of several sessions I feel more at one with the car and believe lessons learnt today will hold me in good stead for Round 1 on the 27th February". All bodes well for a good start to 2010. Look out for news of the Calibre One Jacer's start to the racing season in the coming weeks.

15th January 2010

Whilst DJW Motorsport was happy with the performance on debut for our new Calibre One Jacer at the end of 2009 we are well under way with development to further enhance the on track performance. Round 1 of the S.A. State Championships is at Mallala on February 27.

We have been busy in the break to further refine the build of the car and add some enhancements. I am looking forward to getting out in the car for a shakedown again on the 6th Feb for the first practice day at Mallala Motorsport Park says Daniel. We believed we could see the need to tweak the car in certain areas, to aid in reliability and ease of maintenance and assist with making the car more competitive. Having said that we were satisfied that both driver and car showed enough in the last race of the year to know we are not too far off the pace with minimal track time.

Stay tuned as we near the start of the season again and ready ourselves for competition.

1st October 2009

DJW Motorsport is pleased to announce that the beast is awake, tonight in the workshop after a final check of the electrical circuits and the all important addition of some fuel, our Jacer burst into life. Now it will be off to the Dyno for last minute tuning and run in, then add signage to the new paint. We are at last about ready to fire an angry shot and go racing. Stay tuned for test day info at Mallala.

27th September 2009

After a few minor set backs the race car body came home from the Luke Raethel's paint shop. Once again Luke has delivered a stunning paint scheme in a custom colour, and has a superb finish with the naca ducts made and moulded into the engine cowling. DJW Motorsport is very grateful for the time and effort Luke has put into our race car. Please check out our gallery to see some preview snaps of the colour scheme. If you require any paint or panel work for your pride and joy please consider our valued partner, and Luke will be happy to provide a quotation.

All that remains now is a visit to the dyno to run in and set up jetting, then we hope to be off to the track to test (subject to availability of the track) before departing for Oran Park NSW for it's maiden race meeting. We also have our new race team pit shirts and they look fantastic. Pics to follow soon.

3rd September 2009

All front suspension is now completed and assembled. Brake and clutch lines are completed and working, and the wiring loom has been installed. All oil hoses and oil filter and cooler also on the car.

Body is all prepped and ready for the top coat to be applied as soon as naca ducts are finished. We are on track to fire it into life in the next week some time. All that remains is some final assembly of ignition, and throttle cable manufacture then Vivid Vinyls will apply the livery to the newly painted body in readiness for the track. Thanks to MFJ Engineering for the powder coating of the frame and H beam.

22nd August 2009

Today we have sent the body to Luke Raethel to add two nacca ducts for cooling under the engine cowling, and supplying cool air to the oil cooler. He will then apply the paint to finally complete this part of the build. The H beam has been fully welded in our workshop and sent to out to be powder coated. Work is now centred on new brake lines, oil lines, then make the wiring loom. All is now very close to hitting the start button and our Jacer bursting into life for the first time. Stay tuned.......

3rd August 2009

Busy time in the workshop in the last few weeks. Whilst not looking like much has happened the Jacer is now starting to look like a racer. Please check out our progress in the gallery section under car production. It is back on its wheels again. We have installed the engine and gearbox as well as completing the rear suspension. All body work has been trimmed and fitted ready for our partner Luke Raethel Crash Repairs to work his magic on, and complete the body in a stunning white duco with blue pearl. Back in the shop we will be finishing off the H beam and front suspension for the final time, fitting all the braided brake lines and callipers, and complete the wiring loom in anticipation of firing it up in the next few weeks. Then it will be off to the dyno to run in and tune.

9th July 2009

We would like to extend a warm welcome to CalibreOne, a well presented, professional, customer focused, IT Business Solutions Company. DJW Motorsport wish to emulate the professionalism and integrity of CalibreOne in all facets of our motorsport both on and off the track. We will be proud to have our new Jacer bodywork painted in the CalibreOne livery. Look out for us at the track soon and if you have any IT or network needs in your business, please consider supporting our partner CalibreOne.

30th June 2009

June has been a very productive month in our workshop. Arrival of the rear suspension components and monoshock enabled us to finally make the Jacer a roller. Construction and fit up of dash was completed as was the fabrication of steering rack mount and fitment of rack and steering arms. Also the steering shaft was made and installed. Trimming of the main body to fit has begun and a complete strip down and sanding of chassis ready for application of the powder coating. Engine is currently being assembled. Compliance check has been signed off also. Next will be the reassembly, with some for the last time when chassis is returned. Watch this space!!!!

23rd June 2009

Welcome to our new website. Together with our partners, we have been striving to get out into the world for the last year and that day is finally here. Have a look around and enjoy the sites. Please be sure to check out our partners and friends also.

1st June 2009

After bringing home our Jacer F2K5 in pieces, work has begun in our workshop. We started with the “h” beam and modifying ready for a custom front suspension set up. Instalation of the beam on the vehicle for a mock setup and then installation of the pedal box assembly and aluminium floor and firewall. Work will now progress to the rear suspension and dummy fit up of gearbox and engine block. We would also like to welcome Rhemac of Williston to our team of partners.

Also in June we hope to fit the dashboard ready for the instrumentation and wiring. Check back to see how work is progressing.
